Compliance Manager Jobs
The compliance manager is responsible to continually identify and diagnose where compliance activity is required across the company. The other responsibility of the compliance manager is to continually identify where compliance activity occurs. He develops and coordinates the delivery of plans sort out compliance activities where it is otherwise absent or unsatisfactory. The compliance manager identifies and highlights critical high risk areas within the company which require immediate action to resolve. The compliance manager is expected to develop, coach and mentor, the compliance community of the company, ensuring their efficiency and productivity in work. The compliance manager has to work with executive directors and senior management to improve their understanding of strategic and operational compliance.
Familiarity with the company field's laws, standards, and regulations is essential. The compliance manager job candidate should at least be a post graduate in business management. Experience of more than 10 years is preferred.
