Ethics and Compliance Jobs
The ethics and compliance manager will have primary responsibility for state and local ethics and compliance policies and procedures, including identifying regulatory and business requirements. This role is also responsible for drafting and obtaining approval for policies; establishing and executing internal controls; and establishing procedures to promote compliance with those policies. The ethics and compliance manager will also closely support the Government E&C Officer in providing advice and support to client service personnel and engagement teams regarding Federal ethics and compliance policies and requirements. As part of the Government E&C Office, the ethics and compliance manager will back up the Government E&C Officer. Accordingly, the ethics and compliance manager will also be involved in setting policies and providing advice regarding international compliance issues including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Boycotting Act, and export controls.
This post requires a minimum of 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Ethics, Compliance, and/or Risk Management. Prior experience with State and Local governments and Law Degree is highly preferred.
