Finance Compliance Jobs
The finance compliance executive performs monthly audit of company plans approved in the prior month. He is expected to perform monthly audit of payments related to the proposed financial plans with a focus upon accuracy, proper documentation, and timeliness of payment. He also has to ensure that the system is updated, when necessary, for policy changes and facilitate changes to assist the field (e.g. pop-up reminders, approval workflow, etc.) The finance compliance executive interacts with the head of the Compliance division to ensure alignment in process and controls. He has to perform additional audit work as determined necessary, both related and unrelated to field force interactions with customers. The finance compliance executive develops and maintains standard operating procedures and process guidelines. He also serves as point of contact for internal audit during review of field practices.
The finance compliance executive should at least have a:
- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably with emphasis on Finance or Accounting.
- At least 5 years of Finance or Accounting work experience, preferably with audit experience.
- Thorough recognition of importance of internal controls.
