Import Compliance Jobs
The Import Compliance manager assists the senior management in defining the import control objectives and monitoring compliance efforts. The Import Compliance Manager will review test findings with the import products, facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to the senior management of the company. The Import Compliance Manager identifies areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures of the importing trade and supports the management of the related processes and procedures. He is responsible for working with different business owners on implementation, execution and compliance with entity level controls in the import trade. The Import Compliance Manager evaluates the review and analyzes data pertaining to information systems functions relative to import and trade functions.
The Import Compliance manager job candidate should have experience in marketing and international trade including knowledge of auditing principles, auditing standards,. He should have decent experience in import procedures and trade. He should at least have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, accounting or finance.
