Job Details:

Summary: The Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking a candidate to manage and execute the global social compliance program. The program includes the management of third-party audits for production facilities, and oversight of self-assessment questionnaires and customer portals. The position collaborates with auditing firms, stakeholders across the enabling functions and business units, and customers to administer program elements. The administration of the program includes preparing, supporting, and communicating results of the audits to the business and the customers. The position manages the audit remediation process with the production facility, the auditing firm and the customer. In addition, the position is responsible for the database of audit results and the associated reporting and communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 3 years of experience in audit or compliance related fields.

Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills in Excel to maintain and report compliance program and ability to use customer specific portals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include ability to prepare and present program material to large and small audience.

Special Skills: Database and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work without manager oversight.

Supervisory: One direct report.

Travel: Minimal travel is required.
