Provides management of the submission, processing and compliance of legal demands for all business units received from local and state law enforcement agencies and courts. Applies standard practices and policies. Performs a variety of skilled routine and non-routine duties. Acquires skills through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience. Stays up-to-date with governmental laws in applying standard practices and policies, while safeguarding against the release of proprietary information when applicable. Must have an extensive knowledge of internal systems and be able to extract, analyst, and package results into a professional format. Acquires skills through a combination of a two-month formalized training program, as well as on-the-job experience in which a candidate will equip themselves with the knowledge base to make independent, sound decisions. Minimum of one years' experience in using the following systems: STS, Ensemble, NDW, Olive, CDR Archive, and MicroStrategies.
Minimum of one years' experience dealing with Law Enforcement Agencies and attorneys.
Minimum of one years' experience with the criminal and civil court process.
