ADP is hiring a Compliance- Project Manager/I.T. Compliance Analyst in our Roseland, NJ location.

Assist external service provider obtain testing support/documentation and follow up on reported deviations.
Review management responses to reported SOC deviations for accuracy and clarity and update the responses, as necessary, to provide consistency across a broad-range of reports.
Assist operational unit management update risk matrices and provide guidance, as needed.
Manage and track the quarterly SOC Bridge Letter approval process, update the quarterly Bridge Letter, and obtain required approval from ADP’s Legal Department.
Follow-up, to conclusion, on open SOC deviations to ensure the root causes are satisfactorily remediated.
Ensure that SOC-related questions, concerns and issues are addressed and communicated appropriately in a timely manner including: Researching information, ADP policies and/or ADP practices to appropriately respond to complicated client and/or associate SOC-related questions.
Assist ADP client service reps or sales associates by responding directly to clients or participating in client calls.
Provide subject matter expertise to ADP associates on SOC-related regulations including SSAE 18, CSAE 3416 and ISAE 3402, SOC-2 and SOC-3.
Serve as project manager on moderate to large SOC-related projects and perform special projects as needed.
Performs IT audits, as requested, including scoping the project, executing and closing the audit in compliance with departmental requirements.
Demonstrate the confidence and ability to discuss issues and findings with business unit and/or IT management and obtain sound management responses.
Provide timely follow up on open audit issues.
Works closely with internal and external auditors to provide required audit requirements.
Monitor, control and correct key compliance operational processes and transactions.
Collaborate with key business units and IT personnel to resolve the operational process.
Ensure corrective measures are implemented timely and accurately in order to maintain process compliance to all regulatory and reporting entities.
Reviews the overall compliance activities for all SOX and SOC reporting.
Implements policies and procedures that support IT compliance.
Collaborates with all operational areas along with Corporate Audit and Legal Departments.
Oversees and identifies all pertinent reporting requirements. (Operational requirements)
Analyzes activity and trends to mitigate security risk to ADP;, internal business stakeholders and Clients to ensure minimal or no negative impact to ADP.
Consults with internal business stakeholders, third party vendors, regulatory agencies, and industry governance organizations which may lead to development and implementation of required procedures and reporting and develops IT requirements for system development required for the SOX and SOC compliance programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 years of ADP knowledge and/or experience
5 years’ experience working with business and technical teams
3 years of directly related experience
Strong business writing skills
Excellent presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
