**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leader in the engineering and environmental consulting field, is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to lead our growing compliance practice related to proper management of water, wastewater, air and regulated wastes. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. As a key professional employee, several specific roles must be performed. They include business development/sales, project management, technical oversight, client maintenance, and employee supervision. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Lead program development and implementation of identified action items related to program growth
Conduct internal and external business development activities for environmental compliance services across all **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. business lines
Interface with other **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. business units to cross-sell all applicable **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. services to new and existing clients
Prepare project proposals and ensure that scope, schedule and cost expectations are met
Provide senior-level technical and project management support of compliance projects for clients with multiple environmental requirements including: Solid and Hazardous Waste Management
Environmental Reporting (i.e., Hazardous Waste Notifications, Biennial Reports, EPCRA Tier II Reports, SARA Toxic Release Inventory Form R Reports, Hazardous Waste Determinations, Special Waste Disposal Authorizations, Air Emission Inventory Reports, Notice of Intents, Area MACT and NESHAP category compliance, etc.)
Environmental Auditing and Inspecting
Water and Wastewater Compliance and Permits
Development of SPCC plans and SWPPP plans
Air Quality Compliance and Permits
Provide technical review of project deliverables and/or author deliverables for more complex projects
Provide team leadership through delegation of tasks
Coordinate and direct project team performance
Required Skills
Excellent customer service skills and current portfolio of clients and contacts
Demonstrated ability to obtain and provide compliance services to large industrial clients
Proven aptitude to direct, coordinate and manage project teams
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
PE, PG, CIH, CHMM or other professional certification preferred
Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
Required Experience
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering, geology, industrial hygiene, or environmental science preferred; minimum of 10 years of direct environmental regulatory compliance experience.
Demonstrated, high-level of knowledge of environmental regulations and environmental compliance as they apply to industrial, energy and commercial clients 
Demonstrated experience in assessing project sites to evaluate environmental permitting and regulatory compliance
Proven track record of managing environmental compliance projects
Significant consulting experience with air , SPCC, SWPPP, SARA III,  RCRA, universal waste, and industrial wastewater permitting and compliance
40-hour HAZWOPER training with annual refreshers required
