Job ID 1076952Date posted 10/26/2017Category ComplianceOrganization G&A-Medicare AdminSchedule Full-timeDescription:Position Purpose: Plan, coordinate, and perform compliance oversight functions Supervise workgroups on compliance initiatives, implementation of new vendors and changes to existing productsMonitor adherence to guidelines by conducting compliance reviews and auditsProvide regulatory oversight, interpretation, and distribution of applicable regulations regarding government programsReview and update policies and procedures to support compliance activitiesDevelop and deliver training to improve program performance based on audit outcomesProduce reports on compliance activities and audit resultsWork with operational areas to improve processes or implement processes to ensure compliance or best practicesParticipate in risk assessment calls to assess work planQualifications:Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare related field or equivalent experience. 3 years of compliance experience, preferably in Medicare environment. Advanced knowledge of a technical or specialized field such as insurance, public health policy, compliance or government affairs.
