Job Description:

* The project manager will serve as the liaison between government agencies, contractors, and subcontractors.

* Develop the overall prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

* Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver all projects and deliverables on time.

* Manage customer relationships and expectations through negotiation and partnering.

* Manage resources and drive cross-functional teams.

* Manage the complete project agile development life cycle.

* Manage teams of contract support personnel with diverse skill sets at multiple locations.

* Maintain and manage client interface at senior levels across multiple client organizations.

* Ensure conformance with program task schedules, costs and contract deliverables.

* Develop technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and identify additional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Six years or more of relative Program/Project management experience.

* Demonstrated successful track record for delivering large/complex projects on time and within budget within DoD Organizations.

* Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in the planning, development, coordination, implementation and execution of a vulnerability management program.

* In depth knowledge of policies, procedures, development and implementation of vulnerability identification, scanning, analysis, remediation tactics, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of risk analysis and vulnerability remediation plan development.

* Demonstrated experience with the planning, development, coordination, execution and improvement of compliance related processes. This includes in depth knowledge of DoD 8500 series, NIST SP 800 series, DoD regulations and instructions to include: 8570-01, DoDI 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF).

* In depth knowledge and experience of industry and DoD best practices for vulnerability management. In-depth, subject matter expertise with the DoD Automated Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS).

* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts from higher headquarters to ensure functional levels remain compliant.

* Demonstrated experience communicating at a functional level and with government leaders and development of quality and accurate work products.

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Experience managing various products to include budgeting, cost analysis, earned value and resource utilization.

* Continuous Monitoring, Tanium (network monitoring/query tool), Splunk, and/or CMRS experience is highly desired.

* Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.

* Prior profit/loss responsibility and familiarity with government contracts a plus.

* PMP Certification is required.

* Clearance: Candidate must be a US Citizen with an ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance
