Direct, lead, manage and advise on the 340B drug discount program, including policy and procedure development, education, rules and guidance surveillance, registration and recertification, self-audits, external audits, contract management, program enhancement and optimization, reporting, drug purchasing, inventory processes and oversight, split billing software maintenance, and all areas of program compliance. Develop, execute and evaluate the 340B compliance plan for the organization. Oversee all aspects of the program to ensure compliance with governing rules and regulations while maintaining a working relationship with Pharmacy Leadership and other key stakeholders within the organization. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure the program is fully implemented in all areas of qualified use. Provide data, information, and reports as needed for the organization. Required Qualifications:Minimum of three years pharmacy experience with knowledge regarding the 340B program or other training relative to the 340B program required.Pharmacy healthcare experience in pharmacy operations required.Experience with pharmacy systems and electronic medical record required.Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, health science, business, finance or related healthcare field required.Licensed and certified as a pharmacy technician with the State of Nebraska required.Proficient knowledge and ability to employ systems analysis and quality assurance concepts, techniques, industry best practices, tools and standard required.Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.Knowledge of research issues and trends at the national, regional and local levels required.Ability to translate an understanding of computer system capabilities to address user process requirements required.Analytical skills necessary to apply expertise to problems and/or increase operational efficiency with systems required.Ability to analyze the functionality of systems and their fit within specifications required.Clinical expertise in subject matter areas demonstrated by documented experience in analysis, process design and workflow, research, installation/implementation and support of software applications and system required. Preferred Qualifications:Previous leadership experience preferred.Experience in 340B mixed-use and/or contract pharmacy environment preferred.Masters degree in business administration or healthcare administration preferred.Knowledge of clinical, business, and/or operational healthcare hospital/clinic workflows preferred.Strong understanding of the organizations policies, procedures, and business operations preferred.
