They will assist in the implementation of regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements. One modifies policies and procedures and assists with Company staff training as necessary. The Compliance Specialist provides support to Management, other Team Leaders, and staff as needed. One works well in a team environment as a team player - pitches in whenever help is needed.rnrnResponsibilities:rnrnHelpful: 25%rn Is responsive to internal and external customer inquiries, including all requests from Management and Board members, and provides timely status updates to such inquiries (goal to acknowledge request within one business day)rn Assists with formulation and review of contracts for compliance with various state regulationsrn Works with Manager/Team Leader in the development of graphs, charts, and data analysisrn Works with Manager/Team Leader in the preparation of Board of Directors' and Manager Meetings, and any other duties as may be assignedrn Assists internal and external customers by effectively demonstrating the company's established service standardsrn Willingness to adapt, with a positive attitude, to changes in processes, responsibilities, and assignments.rnrnrnAccurate: 25%rn Assists with project administration from methodology to completion, including timeline monitoringrn Prepares DMHC reports, monitors the DMHC checklist, and assists with amendment filings; Updates the amendment filing list accordinglyrn Thoroughly prepares, researches, and completes business partners/carrier reporting requirements and reviews related regulations to ensure all requirements are metrnnnJob RequirementsnREQUIREMENTS: High School diploma; AA or BA degree preferredrn Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative and project management functionsrn Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and take initiativern Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate document contentrn Ability to understand and follow directions as well as give directions to othersrn Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsrn High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet researchrn Typing speed of 50 wpmrn Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customersrn Ability to secure the confidentiality of company documentsrnrnrnKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
