****Handle inbound and outbound phones calls and written correspondence.
Comply with the re-certification schedule set forth by the RCM.
Ensure that re-certification letters are sent to residents 120, 90, 60-days prior to the certification date.
Create and maintain an interview schedule for the property and send out schedule on a weekly basis. Follow up on any missed appointments.
Process all certification documents including 3rd party verifications and appropriate state and federal forms.
Follow-up with applicant/resident for any documentation needed to maintain file completeness.
Complete final evaluation and analysis of completed application package and prepare file for approval.
Printing, copying, faxing, preparing and mailing of approved file documents.
Scanning and uploading file documents.
Maintain report and logs of files received for processing and current status of each.
Offer support and one-on-one training with staff members on affordable housing paperwork as well as the utilization of the Processing Center.
Any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by Direct Supervisor.
Prior property management experience.
Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience, affordable and Section 8 experience.
Some Leasing experience helpful.
Yardi experience helpful.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Excellent mathematical and reasoning skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Work weekends when needed.
