nnJob DescriptionnnPosition OverviewnThe Compliance Administrator will ensure that our company adheres to Lloyd’s Register, EPA and ABS compliance. You will be responsible for providing guidance on all compliance matters.nThis individual should be well-versed in reviewing and following compliance guidelines. The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays compliant.nResponsibilitiesnnnOversee Lloyd’s Register, EPA and ABS compliance nnnConduct Lloyd’s Register witness testing for certification on new unitsnnnEvaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuouslynnnRevise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issuesnnnCollaborate with production to monitor enforcement of standards and regulationsnnnAssess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risksnnnReview the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or trainingnnnKeep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance controlnnnPrepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriatennnn nnPhysical RequirementsnThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. n nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
