He/she serves as an expert in the implementation and execution of mobility programs and services supporting employee short and long term transfers, assignments, country entry and domestic or international relocation. This role partners with our managers to advise on mobility policies and practices while assisting our employees in the completion of the sometimes complex application processes. If this fits your career goal, we can't wait to welcome you on board.The Day-to-DayResponsibilities:Advises managers on mobility policies and practices; gathers and completes required information and applications for processing.Facilitates immigration status applications and employment authorization for employees and candidates.Assists in communicating relocation packages; answers questions and resolves escalated issues from employees.Stays current with laws, regulations and procedures governing international mobility and immigration.A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.In-depth knowledge of HR functions; understanding of interdependencies and basic knowledge of Vantiv business.Respected for ability to solve client business problems through the alignment of effective HR solutions.Demonstrates an understanding of more than one business unit; understands matrix reporting relationships and their implications; understands the complexities of Vantiv's business.Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
