Job Details: Title: Recruiting Compliance Specialist Location: Greer, SC 29651 Duration: Long term contract, ends 12/31 and gets extended Position Purpose/Scope Prepares, coordinates and implements actions to ensure recruiting compliance of an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and equal employment opportunities within client Manufacturing Co., LLC. Ensures procedures are implemented and adhered to for efficient and accurate collection of data from applicants for OFCCP compliance. Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Performs applicant tracking system (ATS) testing and documentation for modifications and reporting. Ensures all publications have necessary EEO statement(s), and are formatted properly before being released. Assists with posting external publications to state employment website. Identifies potential ATS improvements to increase recruiter efficiency in processing and performing system actions for applicants. Gathers and analyzes data to provide specifications to IT for system modifications and interfaces. Assists recruiters with completing disposition activities for all candidates when a status change activity is completed in ATS. Conducts regularly scheduled audits of recruiter activities in ATS and other recruiting databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Validates overall data information from various sources ensuring Plant Spartanburg data compliance and accuracy. Builds and maintains reports as needed. Creates spreadsheets, charts, presentations, documents. Supports the recruiting team, with orientation, weekly reporting, scheduling and aligns existing recruiting and reporting activities within the AAP process. Ensures and maintains system ability to track recruiting sources and referrals. Provides support, when necessary, to candidates in use of ATS. Processing and tracking of invoices. Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor. Education: AA/AS degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business. Experience: 2 years experience in data analysis 2 years recruiting experience use and administration of electronic applicant tracking systems 1-3 years human resources experience 1-3 years SAP experience (preferred) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Advanced attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced ability to manage confidential information. Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Intermediate HR related systems knowledge Intermediate written and communication skills Intermediate project management/organization skills Intermediate ability to identify and implement process enhancements Basic knowledge of employment law compliance to include EEO and AAP
