This position is a full-time position, and one that is fast paced and constantly evolving. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, be extremely detail oriented and well organized. Additionally, you should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and be able to work as a team player and/or independently as needed. The Associate Legal Compliance Analyst position is customer-facing in nature and involves assisting clients, law enforcement, and civil litigants in connection with processing all legal requests. Under general supervision the Associate Legal Compliance Analyst reviews, validates and responds to various forms of legal process in criminal investigations and civil proceedings, i.e. subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and emergency requests.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Knowledge of most Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge regarding VPN user ability.
Review and effectively triage criminal and civil legal documents for validity to ensure they meet Federal, State and Local legislative requirements prior to fulfilling.
Work directly with law enforcement professionals and attorneys to resolve any deficiencies within legal process.
Respond to criminal and civil legal requests.
Route legal process to correct resources when additional expertise or escalation is required.
Quickly, effectively and accurately manage all inquiries categorized as “Emergency” and escalate to management when necessary.
Effectively manage and process all preservation requests.
Respond to life and death emergency calls from Law Enforcement and/or PSAP (Public Safety Answering Points).
Provide 24X7 support to law enforcement and PSAP’s in emergency situations as needed on a rotating basis.
Effectively utilize Yaana internal systems to enter, process, retrieve, respond and manage all assigned processing activities.
Demonstrate excellent customer relations and advocacy.
Keep abreast of company product features, capabilities and advancements and maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
Exercise high level of discretion with when dealing with sensitive and/or classified information.
Exhibit positive work ethic, flexibility, confidence, and ability to cope with stress.
EDUCATION & INDUSTRY
AA Degree or relative work experience equivalent
Paralegal certification preferred
Telecom/ISP experience preferred
Legal compliance experience preferred
