Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is in search of a Director Regulatory Compliance for Health, Safety and the Environment. The Director Regulatory Compliance reports to the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) VP Medical Affairs and in conjunction with members of Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS), the Director Regulatory Compliance for Health, Safety and the Environment, develops, revises, and subsequently manages JHCP environmental health and safety regulatory requirements. This position monitors compliance with existing federal, state and DC regulations and statues for health, safety and the environment within ambulatory and physician services within JHCP. The Director Regulatory Compliance, Health Safety and the Environment functions as liaison with appropriate JHHS departments and state/local/federal agencies, as indicated. Participates, as appropriate, with all JHHS committees as the JHCP liaison. This role includes responsibility for oversight of regulatory filings and coordinates service area expansions.

Status; Exempt, Full-time - 40 hours per week
Master's Degree required
5 years minimum in health care management and organization-wide accreditation activities within an acute care hospital environment. Experience in designing, implementing and managing a project.
Clinical background (e.g. Nurse) preferred
