Economic Sanctions Procedure and Training Analyst','180005545','!*!The Economic Sanctions Training and Procedure team sets and maintains the technical writing and procedure standards for Economic Sanctions team and provides oversight of Business Line Sanction-related procedures to ensure adherence to the Economic Sanctions Policy.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Organize content and manage document repository for procedure and training

• Perform thorough reviews for grammar and content of all procedures and training materials

• Assist with maintenance or procedures and updating references in affected procedures.

• Manage procedure review for business lines with sanctions nexus

• Manage certification process to ensure procedures are compliant and up to date

• Communicate with functional teams and update content based on team feedback and certification date on posted procedure

• Track approvals and perform all follow-up actions for pending approvals

• Provide status reports on progress and escalate issues

• Format various procedures according to team standards and style guide

• Develops and implements organizational and design guidelines

• Create a consistent look and feel throughout our documentation, ensuring that all procedures adhere to the style guide and branding guidelines

• Assist in the development of the corporate wide Economic Sanctions and Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption training programs

• Document and collect evidence of training attendance

• Develop process flows to document internal processes

• Continuously improve subject matter expertise related to Global Sanctions Compliance

• Travel and overtime as required

','!*!Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• 5 - 7 years of experience researching and preparing written communications; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a communication focused field such as English, communications, or journalism

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)

Other Desired Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in content management or technical writing

• 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance at a financial institution

• CAMS certification

• Considerable knowledge of business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls within a bank

• Advanced knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
