The Global Purchasing and Contracts Data and Records Management team is part of the Global Procurement organization. This team consist of three areas of focus; Purchasing, which manages the non-catalog requisition\/purchase order creation process; Catalog Strategy & Management, which manages the catalog strategy, development, creation and support for existing and new catalogs; Vendor Contract Reporting data control and oversight, which manages the Contract Terms and Conditions data through a data repository housed in Ariba, responsible for GRRP Reporting and other regulator \/ Global Procurement requests for T&C Data. The teammate in this role is responsible for: 10K Contractual Financial Obligation Process Interdependency Mapping Contract Workspace Change Control Process \u2013 [UAT Testing \/ Release Testing, Build Training, Documentation QC Process.] Contracts eSignature Process Vendor Contract Repository Report Bi-monthly Metrics, Reporting Requests and CWCC monthly metrics and Archiving Contract File room Process an tracking The teammate will develop business partner relationships with others within the team as well as key contacts and roles within the Third Party Program model. Key competencies include critical thinking, proficiency in communication and to effectively engage Global Procurement and Front Line Unit and Control Function leaders, ability to coordinate bodies of work across teams, and ensuring quality and consistency of output. Required Skills BS\/BA 2 years\u2019 experience reviewing\/proofing contracts, or equivalent Vendor Management Program Experience, or equivalent monitoring and testing experience, or equivalent regulatory\/compliance experience Experience executing or supporting risk and control activities Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills Requires strong organizational skills Attention to detail and high quality work product(s) Ability to navigate in a highly complex organization and operate effectively in changing environment Proficient computer\/software skills - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
