We are looking for a Regulatory Improvement Consultant to join our Quality Improvement Systems team!
The Regulatory Improvement Consultant is responsible for the following:
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, plan, develop, implement and evaluate regulatory readiness.
Facilitates organization maintaining a constant state of regulatory readiness.
Effectively drives and sustains improvements.
Leads and project manages strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
Creates strong project momentum and builds stakeholder ownership.
Effectively manages data to support project objectives.
Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, analyze and proactively manage regulatory compliance risks.

Five years of relevant experience facilitating successful regulatory/accreditation outcomes.
Prior experience in healthcare, preferably in an acute care setting.
Work experience applying regulatory readiness and performance improvement concepts in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
Current license if required based on degree
Effective change agent
Experience conducting regulatory compliance tracers.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Interpersonal skills necessary to facilitate multidisciplinary teams, including executive staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel between Inova facilities.
