Description: Lead all ISEE activities related to continuous improvement, quality, and compliance. Maintain oversight of CPI as well as general project portfolio and ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives. Lead team of ISEE Specialists and technicians to ensure succession planning and long-term bench strength of ISEE. This includes managing the project portfolio as well as identifying areas for opportunities, overseeing trainings, aligning with the local and global CPI\/BPE networks. Steer portfolio for non-CapEx related projects in ISEE Ridgefield including alignment with strategic and business priorities and resource planning and assignment. Lead organizational development for ISEE in collaboration with HR. This includes improving AAI culture in ISEE, further improving our commitments and shaping ISEE, especially Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team into high performing teams. Lead key ISEE internal business processes, including strategy and Balanced Scorecard creation, Business Partner Dialogues on local level, CapEx portfolio management, and ISEE Specialist and Technician program Responsible for Quality Management Review for ISEE including the development and reporting of relevant KPIs. Responsible for designing programs to achieve continuous improvement of KPIs. Primary ISEE contact for all GxP regulatory audits. Design programs and processes to improve audit readiness. Lead and manage ISEE training programs. Responsible for designing training programs and curriculum designed to improve technical, compliance, and behavior skills of the Department. Requirements: Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution in ISEE related topic or business administration with seven plus (7 ) years of experience. OR Master\u2019s degree from an accredited institution with five plus (5 ) years of experience preferred Training in Lean and Six Sigma (minimum Greenbelt level). Experience in organizational changes processes Leading teams and projects GxP, EHS and other ISEE relevant compliance topics Knowledge of ISEE processes, interfaces and business partners on local, regional and global\/Corporate level. Understand ISEE contribution to value chain of BI for different business units. High level understands of GxP, customs, EHS and\/or Security regulations governing ISEE processes. This position requires detailed knowledge of the current GxP requirements associated with R&D operations and basic understanding of EHS&S regulatory requirements as they relate to ISEE operations. This position also requires working knowledge of relevant BI processes and guidelines as well as Corporate Policies and Procedures. This position should be aware of the BI organization structure, operations and commercial business conditions, and industry trends so that compliance advice, counsel and recommendations can be made to meet required objectives.
