Responsibilities: The HR Compliance and Audit Rep will provide guidance and support to the business on all CORE PeopleSoft Transactions and I-9 & State Compliance. This position will be a PeopleSoft Super-user and subject matter expert for all Human Resources transactions and corrections in PeopleSoft and must have a thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft Workforce Administration. This role is responsible for processing highly sensitive confidential transactions.
Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft system; including the PeopleSoft HR database or System based Cloud based experience
Investigate and resolve HR Transactional paperwork from Managers, HR Partners and Employees
Maintain personnel records of inquiries, policy changes/updates and audits
Adhere to transaction guidelines and SOX controls, use sound judgement to provide appropriate service support while ensuring data integrity
Develop an understanding of the common issues in the field, determine solutions and communicate to Management
Administer I-9 for new hires and ongoing Internal I-9 Compliance Audits Compliance
Analyze data for WOTC to communicate trends and make recommendations for increased credits
Meet with Senior Leadership as required for New Hire Onboarding and Compliance Data Analysis
Responsible for supporting Enterprise Organizational Changes to include but limited to salary, department and location changes
Responsible for assisting in User Acceptance Testing in PeopleSoft and Compliance Center
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Payroll or Benefits
Prior experience in Human Resources law and understanding of policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to follow through on and successfully execute tasks while adhering to specified quality standards
Accuracy and ability to manage highly confidential information in performing controlled transactions
Ability to analyze and audit reports to apply to database
Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills
