Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Temporary Compliance Assistant at the corporate office in Hanover, MD. This is a temporary position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role.
The Compliance Auditor, who will report to a Credit Service Manager, will be a Data Governance Steward, responsible for processing and resolving data inquiries/errors for customer setup in Salesforce/PeopleSoft. Inquiries/errors are resolved by researching issues, customer data, and working with the respective Credit Analysts and field office representatives to review and update customer records electronically or for activation purposes.
Utilize Dun and Bradstreet to research client demographic information.
Maintain manual accounts created in Salesforce by Account Managers.
Process Data Correction forms submitted by Account Managers.
Submit investigations to Dun and Bradstreet to research potential errors.
Partner with IT, IM&R, Tek and Program Managers to assess data clean-up efforts.
Complete data scrub for at least 5 SS&O accounts each week.
Audit and Process Key Invoicing Questionnaires for customer setup in PS
Submit KIQ investigations to Credit Analysts to research potential errors
Assist CSM with monthly Write-offs, PeopleSoft Audit/clean up (SIC Codes, Terms, Ratings, Credit Class etc.)
Validate and update customer profiles in PeopleSoft
Audit and email files to law firm/collection agency
Partner with field support staff and credit department on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of data system
Assist in scheduling events for department
1-2 years of relevant experience or a college degree preferred
Ability to learn and use new software applications
Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers
Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently as a member of a team
Must be detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking
Proficient in Word and Excel
Strong problem solving skills
