Collaborates with colleagues in the Corporate Compliance Department to identify risk areas and develop Compliance plans and program enhancements to address areas of risk.u00A0 A Compliance subject matter expert on application of external regulations and requirements to key activities and processes, policies and procedures.u00A0 Supports the Chief Compliance Officer in carrying out roles and responsibilities and serves as member of the Corporate Compliance Leadership Team.u00A0ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the oversight of Compliance programs and activities for the Pharmaceutical businesses u2013 Branded and Generics, to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives; and supporting the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior/Executive management in meeting enterprise and business unit goals and objectives.u00A0 Identifies Compliance risk areas and develops strategies to address risk areas.u00A0Collaborates with business and Compliance colleagues and provides leadership for key Compliance initiatives in the Pharmaceuticals business unit.
