The Client List Screening (CLS) Unit performs screening support for Corporate Compliance. CLS is responsible for regulatory/non regulatory internally directed Enterprise-wide searches of our accountholders and their transactions looking for known or suspected money launderers, terrorists, PEPs, Persons of Interests, Negative Media, Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs) or drug dealers.
The CLS Associate will be responsible for managing a team of analysts dispositioning alerts per Company and Government policies. The Associate is responsible for managing a team of analysts as well as the CLS process. The CLS Associate will be based in Newark, Delaware.
Manage team of analysts who perform client screening per company and government standards
Manage issues and risks as they arise, responding promptly and escalating as necessary
Identify opportunities for process improvements
In support of business initiatives, participate in global working groups with colleagues from other disciples or other regions
Reviewing alerts around regulatory/non regulatory internally directed Enterprise-wide searches of our accountholders and their transactions.
Able to provide feedback and coach analysts as needed
Internal/external written and verbal communication of issues, directing searches, reviewing, reporting upon and documenting the results.
Build and maintain strong business, operations and technology relationships.
Perform at a 100% quality rate while balancing high-throughput requirements.
Will perform additional duties as requested.
Adhere to SLAs; escalating any quality or timeliness issues with Manager for follow-up
2-3 years in financial compliance, corporate analysis or service operations with management experience preferred
