To learn more about the company's mission and see the entire line of current products, visit www.bolthouse.com JOB DESCRIPTION: The Compliance Coordinator coordinates and facilitates all Safety & Food safety training activities. The leader will all have a key role in all Employee certifications, update training records, ensure Food Safety compliance as well as be the active voice and leader in assuring associates conform to these procedures at the floor level. The Compliance Coordinator takes a lead role for the operations group in guaranteeing the success of all related Safety & Food Safety audits. Ensures that all training, audits, and certifications are up-to-date and in accordance with company policies, and requirements. Develops and maintains SOPs for all processes\/procedures within the department. Actively reviews operations to identify potential process improvements, potential Safety hazards and at risk behaviors. Works hard to support common team goals. JOB DUTIES: \u2022Coordinate and facilitate training and necessary certification of associates. \u2022Communicate expectations for Safety, Food Safety, PPE & GMP standards to associates. \u2022Works with associates and leadership to insure required assessments in training are scheduled and completed in accordance with the training timeline for the position. \u2022Complete training by verifying that the associate can work safe, and efficient, independently. \u2022Complete process audits to monitor the adherence of procedures and investigate to determine root cause; communicates to necessary parties for corrective action. \u2022Serve as a role model for all associates. \u2022Provide coaching for any witnessed or validated unsafe behavior and\/or non-conformance to procedures. \u2022Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and guidelines. \u2022Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others views. Give and welcome feedback, contributing to building a positive team spirit. Able to build morale and positively contribute to the support of the staff\u2019s efforts to meet group and individual goals and objectives \u2022Perform other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: \u2022Strong Safety Aptitude \u2022Great Interpersonal Skills \u2022Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail \u2022Strong math skills with problem solving abilities \u2022Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and excel in a fast-paced environment \u2022Self-motivate and ability to stay productive in an environment with minimal supervision \u2022Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, leadership, associates, customers, and the public \u2022Demonstrate a high degree of awareness to safety, accuracy and productivity \u2022Effectively present and facilitate meetings \u2022Ability to work any shift \u2022Ability to obtain forklift certification MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: \u2022High school diploma\/GED, college preferred \u2022Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Windows \u2022Experience with JD Edwards, Red Prairie WMS, or any other WMS desired PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: \u2022Bilingual (English\/Spanish) \u2022Previous Safety or Compliance experience desired PHYSICAL DEMANDS: \u2022Ability to work in ambient, chilled, and frozen work environments \u2022Standing, walking around production facilities for large percentage of daily shifts HOURS & WORKDAYS: Mid Shift (Range: 8:00am \u2013 10:00 pm), Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off. **When business requires, overtime and weekends will be mandatory
