Job DescriptionThis role will reside within the Enterprise IT Architecture space. This role will focus specifically on IT Service Management (ITIL/ITSM) and supporting Data architecure. The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain an integrated IT for IT Architecture (IT4IT) adhering to key ITSM principles, standards and practices. Support risk and regulatory goals by insuring the IT4IT architecture has the requisite capabilities, control points and data required for compliance with all Risk, Regulatory and Security policies and standards. Contribute to the establishment of the EIT Data Blueprint architecture (including metadata, data quality and data architecture strategy) ensuring it supports and integrates with the IT4IT architecture. Support definition and development of IT4IT Service Managment (Service Catalog) based on ITIL standards and provide expert guidance to IT Service owners on the use of ITIL processes and practices. Develop solution architectures for Service Management that support Risk & Regulatory compliance for Asset, Configuration, Patch and Vulnerability management. Assess enterprise, line of business, and staff group architectures, strategies, roadmaps and designs for potential alignment opportunities. Synthesize, document and present findings. Collaborate with divisions sponsoring initiatives to optimize investment decisions. Follow appropriate enterprise standards, processes and governance applicable to the architecture practice.
