In this role as a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible in providing operational solutions pertaining to compliance matters specific to State Board of Pharmacy (“BOP”)/State Controlled Substance agency requirements, issues and related matters.
The primary objective of this role is to execute the Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs agenda by coordinating responses to BOP/State Controlled Substance agency investigations and customer complaints.
Additionally, this role is one of the owners of the department’s Rx Regulatory e-mail box, where this resource will triage and handle all incoming requests for regulatory support.
Also, the Senior Compliance Analyst will work with Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs team to ensure best in class results.
Key areas of responsibility are:
Responsible for coordinating responses to BOP/State Controlled Substance agency investigations and customer complaints.
Partner with the Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs team and key stakeholders from the business yo provide information in order to respond to BOP/State Controlled Substance agency inquiries.
Provide reporting on BOP/State Controlled Substance agency matters utilizing Archer PRE record keeping system.
Triage and handle regulatory questions from enterprise business teams that come through the Rx Regulatory e-mail box.
1 or more years experience in a regulatory oversight or pharmacy operations role
Superior verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrates deep understanding of the pharmacy business
Ability to multi-task, as well as maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
High School Diploma/GED Required. Bachelor's degree with concentration in English, Communications or Pharmacy Services preferred.
