POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides compliance support to the Consumer Health & Services Marketing and Technology Business areas which include Aetna Marketing, Consumer Health Products, Analytics and Behavior Change, and Phoenix Data Solutions. This is an interesting role in assisting the business in meeting their goals of transforming the member experience and improving their health.

Fundamental Components:

This position provides compliance support to the Leadership within CHP and all staff associated with that business. Business units within CHP include bswift, PayFlex, Digital Products, Consumer Technologies Apple Alliance, and AetnaOne Advocate. The candidate will also provide compliance support for the Aetna Marketing organization which includes business units such as Enterprise Marketing, Product Marketing, Community Activation/Local Marketing, Consumer Engagement and Marketing Technology/Digital. Compliance oversight is also provided to the Analytics and PDS organizations focused on monitoring adherence to data use and security. This is an exciting role in assisting the business in delivering on next generation digital and wellness capability roadmaps. The role manages a group of seasoned compliance professionals aligned to each of the businesses. Their function is to help their business partners assess and mitigate compliance risk, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support the business in developing/sustaining a culture of compliance and ethics.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Strong work experience in compliance, legal or business (healthcare, insurance or financial services).

Work experience in technology/digital space preferred.

Visionary leader who excels at driving continuous process improvement.

Strong people management skills; ability to support professional development of others.

Role model of appropriate behaviors with the ability to build positive culture of compliance and ethics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Innovative, having the ability to take an idea and drive it through development and successful execution.

Proven track record managing complex and cross-functional projects.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
