The Fiduciary Compliance Analyst follows standards, methodologies, policies and processes established by management. Monitor and test in accordance with the compliance program. Work closely with the Senior Fiduciary Compliance Analyst, Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Program Manager, client services, operations and administrative colleagues to identify non-compliance issues.Compliance StatementOperates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.Key Result Areas

Conduct and document compliance testing in accordance with the overall compliance program. Input data regarding compliance exceptions to a database used to provide management with status updates related to compliance for the entire Trust Company.
Maintain an appropriate level of understanding as it relates to Trust Company systems, applications and procedures in order to assist the Senior Fiduciary Compliance Analyst and Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Program Manager with the maintenance of accurate and thorough compliance guides.
Under the direction of the Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Program Manager, support the monitoring and reviewing of Trust Administration and Management Committee (TAMC) Risk Review documentation provided by administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and TAMC standards, and submit to TAMC for approval, when assigned.
Be a resource to the Trust Company for questions related to current policies and procedures as it relates to compliance matters. Personally research and escalate findings or concerns to Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Program Manager or Senior Fiduciary Compliance Analyst in order to provide timely and accurate support.
Support the submission and monitoring of policy updates to the SOP group when applicable.
Assist Senior Fiduciary Compliance Analyst, Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Program Manager and Senior Fiduciary Risk & Compliance Manager with researching and understanding current processes of the Trust Company. Provide suggestions to incorporate procedural efficiencies in the compliance program.
Stay current on new policies, procedures and regulations to ensure appropriate support can be provided to the Trust Company compliance program.','!*!Education
