u003cpu003eThe u003cstrongu003eSr. Manager Complianceu003c/strongu003e will serve as a subject matter expert interacting with Sales and u0026nbsp;Medical Affairs - MSL field personnel.u0026nbsp; Will support compliant interactions between field personnel, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other customers through appropriate training and communication of policies, procedures and other requirements.u0026nbsp; Will assist field personnel in learning to identify potential risks and respond appropriately.u0026nbsp; In addition, will serve as a core member of the Compliance team, and represent Compliance on teams and committees related to field activities including credentialing.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eRESPONSIBILITIESu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eServe as advisor and primary point of contact between Compliance and field-based personnel in Commercial functions (Sales, Managed Markets) and Medical functions (MSLs).u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eAssist field personnel and managers in issue review/resolution; escalate matters to VP Compliance, u003cbr /u003eas appropriate.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCollaborate with colleagues in other support functions (including Sales Operations, Sales Training, and IT) to ensure compliant and timely roll-out of training programs and other initiatives.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eRepresent Compliance during product launch activities and/or integration of new products.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eMaintain library of Compliance policies, SOPs, Compliance Field Manual, and Code of Conduct, and conduct periodic review/updates of same. Support annual Conflict of Interest (COI) activities.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop, deliver, and track metrics for Compliance training activities; conduct periodic review of, and make updates to, Compliance training curriculums in Learning Management System (LMS).u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEngage in live and virtual monitoring of field-driven activities and data, including but not limited to: ride-alongs, speaker programs, field communications, Medical Information Requests (MIRs).u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSupport Aggregate Spend Specialist in review of field-based transfers of value (TOVs) to HCPs.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSupport the VP Compliance in additional activities, as requested, such as the companyu0026rsquo;s u003cbr /u003eAnnual Global Compliance Week and other special projects.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eTravel expected to be approximately 10 percent domestic to include periodic travel with commercial and MSL field personal.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eu0026nbsp;u003c/strongu003eu003cstrongu003eREQUIREMENTSu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eA Bacheloru0026rsquo;s degree is required for this role.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003e4 plus years of experience in providing compliance advice, compliance training, and/or sales training to pharmaceutical/biotech companies, or in a similar role at a pharmaceutical/biotech company.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eFamiliarity with regulatory industry standards and regulations.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCapable of developing and curating content that is compelling, relevant, and grounded in stakeholder understanding and insights.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and technology.
