Responsible for recording and preparing tag/title documents in accordance with DMV rules and regulations   Partner with customer service, purchasing and tax to obtain missing information  Contact third party providers for required and/or missing documentation  Engage backups to ensure service level standards are met Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Record and Prepare Tag/Title Documents for States (80%):Validate required documents, dates and information have been provided and are accuratePartner with purchasing/delivery team to ensure timely registration for vehicle deliveryDetermine registration path for most efficient processingPartner with Tax Team for Tag and Title jurisdiction state and local requirementsTimely processing of bill back documents to A/RMonitor exceptions and ensure timely response from business partners and third party vendorsEscalate aged items and partner with management for resolutionSuggest process improvements to enhance quality, improve productivity and minimize riskDaily Workflow Reporting: (15%)Run daily workflow reportsUpdate daily payable reporting to A/PUse daily reports to monitor KPIs and validate all entries have been logged appropriatelyEnsure On-Line systems inventory is validated and ordered timelyEngage management when processing days are at riskProvide volumes and aging status to management during weekly meetingsWork closely with the Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Treasury, and Fleet Maintenance team members and managementContact third party vendors and develop contact list for future requestsOther: (5%)Other special projects or duties as determined by department managementSupporting the TotalView initiativeCore Competencies:Education and Experience:Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance preferredMinimum two to three years of customer service and/or business processing experienceSkills/Knowledge:Strong time management, effective planning and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in customer service and outbound callingAble to interpret and analyze dataStrong process skills in a fast paced environmentAbility to interface with peers, management and business partnersStrong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
