Description:\r\r\rResponsible for maintaining the Endnote Repository Library by adding new references, searching for citations, and modifying references if necessary. \rAlso adding reference articles, abstracts, presentations to the Regulatory Document Management System (RDMS). \rShould possess some knowledge of a document management system. \rOther responsibilities include electronic quality control (eQC). \rThis entails verifying Acrobat PDF’s are submission ready by validating hyperlinks, bookmarks, document properties, and overall look of the document. \rGeneral knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is preferred. \rParticipate in group meetings and present updates on Endnote and eQC. \rResponsible for developing and acquisition of regulatory skills and knowledge. \rMay contribute to process improvements which may have significant impact on the group and other functional areas. \rExcellent organization skills are required. \rExcellent verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skills are required. \rWork is performed under supervision of the Document Processing manager.\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rEEO EmployerApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
