Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Security in Compliance Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia (GA).\r
Job Overview:\r
The Security and Compliance Project Manager works for the Technology Security and Compliance organization. The Security and Compliance Project Manager will enable successful project delivery through adherence to project management processes. To achieve this goal, the Security and Compliance Project Manager must adhere to project management and governance processes; work collaboratively with all IT team members.\r
Responsible to lead up to 2 - 4 projects and provide leadership to drive the work and pace of the work such that the project completes quickly\r
Create business cases, estimate capital and operating expense budgets, estimate labor budget, and monitor variance so that adjustments can be made early in the project lifecycle to address potential cost overruns\r
Build and maintaining project work plans to help team members remain focused on the most important task\r
Review monthly budget forecasts with Finance to reduce project cost variances\r
Produce and distribute project meeting notes and project status reports to keep sponsors, clients, IT management and team members up to date on progress and issues\r
Analyze project risks and formulate risk-mitigation plans to improve predictability of project team to meet commitments\r
Overseeing quality of project work to assure high quality solution deployment\r
Manage solution vendor relationship to maintain rapport with vendors so that they will be most willing to support modifying their product to meet enterprise requirements\r
Establish phased deliverables and phased released schedule for larger enterprise projects to reduce complexity and increase predictable delivery schedules\r
Update project team documents, including: project work plan, risk matrix, staffing plan, scope and delivering\r

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or MIS or equivalent experience\r
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing implementations of large-scale, complex, enterprise projects, with budgets up to $8 million and cross organizational teams over 16 people with up to 2 related projects\r
Minimum of 2 years of information security and compliance experience working on HIPAA, SOX, PCI, or other compliance driven projects that contain information security requirements\r
Must be experienced in CDP, PMP or other popular project management methodology\r
Excellent verbal / written communication skills and previous experience managing large complex projects with multiple tracks\r
Required to know and become proficient with the IT CDP project management process and RPM project reporting tool\r
Must be able to conform to governance processes and operate within the approved governance oversight processes\r
