Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the IT service delivery process. Associates in this job code do not manage people.
The candidate for this role will be part of a team responsible for Software Asset Management (SAM) Licensing Compliance and Optimization of the Bank's software portfolio. Overall responsibilities include managing software vendor's licenses in a software asset management tool. Responsibilities include 1) analyzing software license purchases, contracts, and software discovery data and performing reconciliation and remediation tasks to ensure data accuracy and quality, 2) processing and maintaining software licenses, purchase information, contract, and software inventory in the SAM tool, ensuring accurate reconciliation of entitlements against installed inventory and contract terms & conditions, and 3) conducting software license research to support the Bank's purchasing and contracting requirements. Generally requires 3-5 years of experience.

â€¢ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access are essential
Desired skills - Associates or Bachelor degree is a plus
