Job Details:

Summary: The Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking a candidate to collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to assist in creation and execution of the global compliance training program. The program includes annual compliance training for management, frontline team members, Board of Directors, and other risk-based compliance training for team members based on job roles and responsibilities. The position administers the Ethics & Compliance intranet website, Workday learning management system and SAP training and events to develop reporting and communicate completions. In addition, the position develops, manages, and executes an annual communication plan. Other responsibilities include monitoring the effectiveness of training and communication programs and preserving content and completions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 3 years of experience in compliance related field with training responsibilities.

Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills to include Excel, SAP, Workday, and Alchemy.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: Developing compliance training and communication content, data reporting experience, attention to detail, ability to work without manager oversight.

Supervisory: No direct reports.

Travel: Minimal travel is required.
