**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. seeks a Compliance Analyst  for Arcosa, Inc., a future standalone, publicly traded infrastructure-related businesses. In this role, you will provide support to the Compliance Team. The Compliance Analyst identifies and documents requirements and acknowledges controls are in place to ensure Trinity’s Compliance processes are operating effectively.   This role will encounter project based work in a variety of areas including monitoring employee training, Helpsite/Helpline management, annual employee acknowledgements, policy review, , and others that may be identified throughout the year.
Trinity is undergoing a spin-off of its infrastructure-related businesses into Arcosa, a new public company distributed to Trinity stockholders. Arcosa will be a growth-oriented company focused on infrastructure-related products and services with leading positions in construction, energy, and transportation markets. The Arcosa spin-off is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018 through a tax-free spin of Arcosa to Trinity stockholders. Arcosa is expected to be a growth-oriented manufacturer and producer of infrastructure-related products for construction, energy, and transportation markets. With $1.5 billion in 2017 revenues and $132 million in 2017 operating profit, Arcosa plans to leverage its strong platform of businesses to capitalize on North American economic expansion and infrastructure spending, which should present compelling strategic opportunities. The new company, with a strong balance sheet and planned committed credit availability and debt capacity, is expected to have the financial flexibility to pursue organic capital investments and acquisitions. Arcosa will have a leadership team with a track record of growth and the proven ability to operate efficiently in cyclical markets.
What You'll Do:
•Support the compliance training program by assisting with creation of the training materials, maintaining the training calendar, running reports, and tracking attendance
•Assist with compliance related audits, process validation, and, in coordination with other departments, investigate reports of suspected or potential noncompliant activity
•Administer the Hotline and Case Management System, including incident/case management content, trends and reporting
•Function as a collaborative, contributing member of the Compliance Team
•Work collaboratively with Business Units as they establish and sustain compliance processes
•Facilitate compliance with Conflict Minerals regulatory disclosure and due diligence requirements under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010
•Assist in enterprise-wide trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to enterprise-wide ethics and compliance efforts
•Contribute to the advancement of Arcosa’s policy & procedures for regulatory and industry standard compliance requirements (including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics) and coordinates rollout of new and/or updated policies and procedures
•Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional association & publications
•Assist in the preparation of information for the Committees of the Board of Directors, as needed
•Facilitate communications with business unit quality and compliance management
•Promote best practice sharing between business units and across corporate functions, as appropriate
•Assist Chief Audit Executive and Senior Director of Compliance with other audit or compliance related tasks, as needed
•Champion high levels of ethical awareness and conduct within Trinity and act as a one of the primary resources for the Compliance Team
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience •3 years of experience in a compliance role in a publicly traded company•Professional Certification (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)) preferred •Strong computer acumen required; datamining and/or data analysis experience preferred •Strong research, analytical and investigative skills •Experience in a learning management system (LMS) and enterprise level Governance, Risk and Compliance management systems•Ability to analyze complex information and provide meaningful translation of compliant practices at all levels of the organization•Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills•Strong attention to detail; ability to create and successfully manage against project plans & timelines•Must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities•Strong collaboration and team participation skills
