Compliance Officer Jobs description
The compliance officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the company's compliance management program. The compliance officer plans, organizes, and controls the day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities. He basically collaborates with the Chief Operating Officer about the overall compliance structure and in the overall administration of these directives for the organization. The compliance officer participates in various committees, audits, and examinations within the work-structure of the company. He also performs duties of different job profiles related to conformance of rules and obligations such as the OFAC Officer, Privacy Officer, and others. The compliance officer also conducts staff training related to new hires, compliance, customer service, mainframe, and software computer programs.The compliance officer job candidate should at least be a graduate and experienced for at least 10 years in the field.
