Compliance Vice President Jobs description
The compliance vice president exercises management responsibility for ongoing compliance monitoring with the purview of the firm's code of professional conduct, policies, and procedures. The compliance vice president acts as an interface with firm's audit department to perform periodic compliance audits. The compliance vice president provides guidance to other managers and staff of the Compliance Department regarding control procedures and testing. He also assists the President of compliance section in identifying compliance risks and in implementing plans to monitor and address risks. The compliance vice president monitors the preparation and managing one or more direct reports related to compliance of various standards and obligations.The job requirements for the post of the compliance vice president are:
- Post graduate in the field related to the activities of the organization.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a compliance related field.
- Risk Management and audit experience, preferred.
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing compliance business processes, work flows, and control relationships.
