Corporate Compliance Jobs description
Corporate compliance professionals identify functions and business practices requiring compliance activities. The corporate compliance professionals design, develop, implement, and evaluate the compliance program and monitor its operational implementation. The corporate compliance professionals also revise the compliance program in response to the changing operational needs of the organization. He plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the compliance plan and promotes training activities to train the company staff about the corporate compliance rules, standards, and obligations. The corporate compliance professionals may have to coordinate with other organizational functions to convey the latest compliance laws, rules, regulations, and standards in vogue and prescribed for their industry sector.The corporate compliance professionals should be well trained in compliance procedures, policies, standards, and obligations. He should at least be a graduate with ample experience of about 3-4 years in holding the post efficiently.
