The Senior Compliance Professional develops and implements compliance policies and procedures. Researches compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligations. Works to maintain relationships with government agencies and coordinates implementation and compliance with corrective action plans, as needed. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Works with the Lead to focus on developing/improving processes for agent oversight and monitoring activities
Works to support CMS Audit Readiness
Responds to audit and compliance inquiries from CMS and other regulatory bodies
Preparation and delivery of presentations to Senior leaders
2 years experience with analyzing and communicating large sets of data
Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS
Advanced Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience developing and implementing policies and processes
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects
2 years of compliance experience
Audit or consulting experience
Experience with metrics and reporting
ESP knowledge and experience
PowerBI knowledge and experience
Six Sigma certification
Excellent presentation skills
